EDUCATION PROGRAM.

Our Education Programme delivers high-quality cheerleading sessions within schools across Burton on Trent and the surrounding areas, offering both PE Enrichment Days and extra-curricular after-school clubs.

Through engaging and well-structured sessions, we help pupils develop physical skills, coordination, teamwork, and confidence in a positive and inclusive environment where all abilities can participate and progress.

PE ENRICHMENT

Our Curricular Cheer Programme is delivered as exciting, structured PE Enrichment Days.

These half-day or full-day sessions provide pupils with a dynamic introduction to cheerleading as part of their Physical Education provision. Throughout the day, pupils learn key elements including jumps, basic stunts, tumbling fundamentals, and dance.

PE Cheer Days focus on:

  • Fundamental movement skills

  • Coordination, balance, and strength

  • Teamwork and communication

  • Leadership and confidence

  • Inclusivity and participation

Sessions are adapted to suit different age groups and abilities, ensuring every pupil can take part safely and successfully. These days are designed to be engaging, memorable, and impactful for pupils.

Our After-School Cheerleading Clubs give pupils something exciting to look forward to each week.

Sessions are primarily skills-based, focusing on building strong foundations in jumps, basic stunts, tumbling technique, coordination, and overall physical fitness. We emphasise correct technique and safe progression, allowing pupils to develop gradually and confidently over time.

While some clubs may work towards small performance elements or end-of-term showcases, the main focus remains on individual development, teamwork, and enjoyment.

By offering cheerleading as an after-school activity, schools can provide a fresh and inclusive sporting opportunity that supports physical activity, confidence, resilience, and collaboration.
